Australian Staffing Agency (ASA) is seeking experienced LF High Reach Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced distribution centre in Broadmeadows.
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who enjoy a mix of High Reach forklift operation, inventory control, RF scanning, and warehouse operations while working in a modern facility with consistent hours and long-term career potential.
What's On Offer?
- $33-$40+ p/h
- Day : 6am - 2pm | Afternoon: 2pm - 10pm | Night : 10pm - 6am
- Ongoing Monday to Friday position
- Opportunity for weekend overtime

Key Responsibilities
- Operating LF High Reach forklifts
- Inventory control and stock management
- Cycle counting and stock reconciliation
- RF scanning and Warehouse Management System (WMS) transactions
- Picking, packing, replenishment and putaways
- Investigating inventory discrepancies
- Quality checks and stock accuracy monitoring
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse
Skills & Experience Required
- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Proven High Reach Forklift experience
- Previous inventory or stock control experience
- RF Scanning experience
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Reliable transport and full Australian working rights
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
