Our client Air Brake Corporation is a major supplier of Brake Equipment to the Truck & Trailer OEM's, as well as a major spare part supplier across Australia and New Zealand.
Their ability to deliver products to their customers in a timely and well-presented manner is what sets them apart from their competitors.

This position will be based at their clean, modern and quickly expanding Truganina site. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4pm

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Internal Salesperson with a warehousing background and keen eye for detail.

About the role
You will be responsible for processing wholesale customer orders, organising freight requirements, professional customer service via phone and email and ensuring stock is organised and warehoused efficiently and always readily available to pick and dispatch orders accurately and on time.

This position will require the ability to work with limited supervision and effectively within a team setting that prioritizes both exceptional customer service and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and processing orders with accuracy and efficiency.

* Organize freight requirements, ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers.

* Manage stock levels, ensuring adequate inventory for ongoing operations.

* Collaborate closely with sales and other departments, providing administrative support as needed.

* Assist in preparing detailed sales reports to support decision-making processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in warehousing.

* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

* Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and experience with Windows-based inventory systems.

* Proven experience in internal sales or sales support

* Customer-focused mindset, with a proactive and positive attitude towards meeting targets and challenges.
