Production Operator | Pest Animal Management

Company Profile

Our client develops environmentally acceptable tools for the management of vertebrate and invertebrate pests that cause economic, environmental and social damage. Their products arise from years of dedicated research and are fully registered through the Australian Agricultural Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA).

Their range of products are widely available through rural merchant stores, local governments and government agencies responsible for agricultural pests.

With a purpose built manufacturing and warehousing facility located in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne, they have seen some growth and are now looking for their next Production Operator to move into a Team Leader Role.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

  • Pick / Packing products
  • Working within a team environment
  • Manual Lifting of up to 20kgs
  • Cleaning as required
  • Adhering to OHS requirements
  • Production line operation

To be considered, you must have:

  • Experience working in a Production role previously
  • LF Forklift Licence (desirable, not essential but must be willing to obtain)
  • Own reliable transport
  • Ability to Lift up to 20kg
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Hours & Pay:

  • Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
  • $29.04 per hour. If you are licensed and operate a forklift the rate will increase to $30.10 per hour
