We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor to join our client's team. This role involves leading a team of dedicated Customer Service Representatives, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service, building lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients, and driving business growth.

About the Role:

  • Provide stellar customer service, including phone sales, parts interpreting, invoicing & credits, and aftersales support.
  • Lead and supervise the customer support team to maintain premium service levels.
  • Support the Customer Service Manager in daily operations.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by maintaining current processes and implementing new support procedures and best practices.
  • Monitor performance metrics to identify and address areas for improvement.
  • Coach, train, and guide team members to boost their skills and knowledge.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a customer service support role, automotive or industrial industry, with a supervisory or leadership background.
  • Demonstrated success in team development and improving customer support operations.
  • Strong aptitude for understanding and conveying technical information simply and effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Pronto is beneficial but not essential.
  • Action-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks in a timely manner.
  • Customer-centric with a solution-focused approach.
