Location: Northern Suburbs, Melbourne VIC
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays
Shifts Available:
• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Pay Rate: $32.00 – $37.57+ per hour
About the Role:
We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Machine Operators to join our client’s high-volume facility in Melbourne’s Northern Suburbs. This role is suited to individuals with proven machine operating experience, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:

Operating machinery and production equipment according to established procedures

Monitoring machinery performance and performing minor adjustments as needed

Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
-
Manual handling of materials (up to 25kg) and basic warehouse support
-
Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised work area

Strictly adhering to all OH&S and site safety requirements
To Be Successful, You Will Have:

Previous experience as a machine operator (manufacturing or warehouse setting)

Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of safe operating procedures

Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks

Excellent reliability, time management, and team collaboration skills
-
Willingness to learn and adapt to different machines or processes
-
PPE Required: Steel-capped boots and high-visibility vest/shirt
