About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Manufacturing & Warehouse Workers to join our team across Melbourne's Northern & Western Suburbs. These roles are essential in supporting warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution operations.
📅 Shifts: Monday to Friday (Some SAT and SUN)
⌚Day, and Afternoon (preferences not guaranteed).
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, sort & pack products
- Operate basic machinery & equipment
- Conduct quality checks
- Maintain a clean & safe workspace
- Follow safety & hygiene protocols
- Pick, pack & label items for dispatch
- Organise stock, inventory counts & rotation
- Operate forklifts 🦾 (licence required), pallet jacks & tuggers
- Use RF scanners for product tracking
- Meet daily KPIs & deadlines
Requirements
- Previous warehouse/manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Physically fit - able to lift & handle materials
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with RF scanning (advantage)
- Attention to detail & strong work ethic
- Positive, team-focused attitude
- Forklift licence desirable (not essential)
