The Opportunity:
As a Technical Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in matching, developing, and maintaining formulations. You'll provide essential support to internal R&D, Customer Service, and Sales teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring accurate colour matches are delivered within specified timeframes, meeting business and market expectations.
  • Maintaining existing formulations across Australia.
  • Responding to customer complaints promptly and accurately.

What You Bring:

  • Quick adaptability to company systems and product ranges.
  • Can do attitude
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A customer-first mindset.
  • Related industry experience is highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in ERP systems

STILLS & EXPERIENCE:

While experience in colour matching is advantageous, we value candidates who possess:

  • Colour matching experience in plastic (highly desirable)
  • Plastics industry experience
  • Knowledge of colorants & polymers
  • Knowledge of Additives and processes.
  • High level industry work experience &/ or Tertiary Science studies
