Position: Food Production Team Member
Location: Northern Suburbs
Hours & Pay:
Shifts are scheduled between 4AM & 6PM daily
Day Shift Rate: $29.33
Afternoon Shift Rate: $33.73
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately picking and packing fresh food products based on order requirements
- Ensuring high standards of food safety and quality
- Following standard operating procedures and adhering to production schedules
- Inspecting products for quality and reporting any discrepancies or damages
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborating with team members to meet production targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food production, particularly with fresh food products, is required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime when required
- Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks
