Australian Staffing Agency (ASA) is currently seeking experienced LF High Reach Operators / Inventory Staff to join our team in Broadmeadows.
- Location: Broadmeadows
- Shift: Afternoon Shift - 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $36+ per hour
- Ongoing role (Monday to Friday, with some weekends if required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate LF High Reach forklifts safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory control and stock management
- Use RF scanners for stock tracking and accuracy
- Picking, packing, and replenishment duties
- Maintain warehouse organisation and cleanliness
- Conduct quality checks and ensure stock accuracy
- Follow all OHS and safety procedures
What We're Looking For:
- Valid LF Forklift Licence (High Reach experience essential)
- Strong experience with inventory systems and processes
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Ability to perform cycle counting, inventory planning, and stock control
- Capable of maintaining stock accuracy across manual and automated systems
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot inventory discrepancies
- Experience operating high reach and low-level order picking equipment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Full working rights in Australia and reliable transport
